“Globoesporte” places the center of Corinthians at the heart of a dispute between the two Portuguese clubs.
The Brazilian press, more precisely “Globoesporte”, suggests this Friday that Benfica is in the fight with FC Porto for João Victor, center of Corinthians.
Recall that, according to information collected by O JOGO, the center is designated by the “dragons”, but there have been no player movements yet.
As for Benfica, it is recalled that the 23-year-old central defender, one of the emerging talents of the Brasileirão, had already been appointed to Benfica in November 2021, at the time to replace injured Lucas Veríssimo.
The “Globoesporte” even claims that the Corinthians received this Friday an official proposal for the emblem embodied by the central.
Also according to the same information, this alleged dispute could lead to an increase in the value of the player. In Brazil, they indicate that João Victor will not leave Brazil for less than 10 million euros. According to information collected by our newspaper, the Corinthians would claim 12 million.
