Former Vitória FC player hospitalized in critical condition

AIllef Rodrigues, a former Vitória FC player, was admitted to a hospital in Kazakhstan last Thursday and is in critical condition. Atyrau FC, the emblem represented by the Brazilian striker, tells us that an infection has been detected in his blood.

A family member of the player told the news site ‘Sento Sé Noticias’ that Allef was home alone when he began to feel unwell.

“When the doctor arrived and saw him in this situation, he quickly took him to the hospital because he was very dehydrated. When he arrived there, he was hospitalized and it was already known that he had entered coma,” he said.

The Brazilian player is already showing significant improvements. Despite everything, the tests carried out revealed that the infection was caused by Salmonella and the player will remain hospitalized for the next few days.

Allef played Portuguese football between 2015 and 2019. He played for 1.º de Dezembro, Mafra, Real Massamá and Vitória FC. He has been with Atyrau FC since last year, arriving after a two-year stint in Russian football.
